Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Property Management professional to join their client's reputable team in Hartford county Connecticut. Responsibilities

  • Compose and edit high-quality correspondence and reports.
  • Provide professional and courteous support to staff, tenants, visitors, and vendors.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and ensure effective resolution of requests.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Make informed decisions under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Process and manage invoices while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through verbal and written channels.
  • Collaborate as an integral member of the office team to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as managing work orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Support the Property Manager in maintaining the office environment and operations.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong multitasking abilities with excellent time-management skills.
  • Competency in basic financial tasks, including invoice processing and budget tracking.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.

Required Work Hours

Tuesday the Saturday, during first shift hours.
